Becki Jankinson (BMus (Hons), PGCE)
With over 25 years of experience inspiring young performers, Becki is passionate about helping children and young people discover their potential through music, singing and performance. She holds a Bachelor of Music (Honours) degree alongside a PGCE teaching qualification, combining specialist musical training with extensive educational expertise.
Throughout her career, Becki has directed choirs and produced high-quality stage performances, working with students of all ages and abilities. Her greatest reward is seeing young people grow in confidence, develop lifelong skills and achieve beyond what they thought possible. She believes every child has something unique to offer and is committed to creating opportunities for every student to shine.
At the heart of Becki’s teaching philosophy is the belief that music and performance can transform lives. Through expert tuition in vocal technique, musicianship and stagecraft, she helps students develop not only as performers but also as confident, resilient and expressive individuals.

Jay Bishop (BA (Hons))
Jay brings a wealth of experience in leadership, training and performance. Having run a successful adult show choir for more than eight years and led an apprenticeship training company for over fifteen years, he has seen first-hand the positive impact that creativity, teamwork and personal development can have on people’s lives.
Passionate about creating opportunities for young people, Jay is committed to providing a welcoming environment where children can develop their creative skills, build confidence and experience the excitement of live performance. He believes that participation in music and the performing arts helps young people develop communication skills, resilience, self-belief and lasting friendships.
Alongside supporting the growth of the choir and stage school, Jay is dedicated to ensuring that every child feels safe, supported and encouraged to reach their full potential. His focus is on creating opportunities that are enjoyable, inclusive and accessible to all.
